Let’s assume that the globalist power elite, including China wanted to ruin the Western economies. A virus is released into the general population and the corporate controlled media go into full real monger in mode to scare people into submission.
Trump either sees it too late or has no power to stop it. He takes a step back and lets the states manage the response. The Democrats who want Trump out of office at any cost lock everything and everybody down with dire consequences for those who disobey. The Republicans move to open things back up and get things back to normal, realizing what is happening.
The lines have been drawn and the choices politicians make are clear. Trump has defeated them by letting them choose, in an election year.
