  • Because certain rupee notes have been nullified, the rich are actually begging the poor to deposit their rupees into their accounts to gain the value of the currency since depositing it into banks is still allowed. If they can’t, they have made a bonfire of their cash at some deserted place before running away to avoid identification. Another reason to invest in physical precious metals.
