While I have every bit of respect for our first amendment rights. These millionaire players who publicly express their own political views while at work, are foolish. If they are protesting racism, look into the stands and see what color the majority of the faces are, who are paying handsomely to watch you play.

Consider that many of you make more in a year than many of your fans make in a lifetime.

Consider that you probably received a free college education that many either do not have or are in debt tens of thousands of dollars to pay for it.

Consider that your wages are probably helping many in your family to be lifted out of poverty.

I think that if you have critical thinking skills, it would be smart to express your personal political views in a different venue. Remember that about half of this country voted for a change in leadership. Don’t alienate half of your fan base.
