Trump and the Debt

Until Trump starts vetoing budget busting spending by Congress, we can rest assured that he is not serious about draining the swamp. The best way to drain it is to defund it.

Strangely enough, we have not heard anything from Democrats running for President regarding the 22 Trillion dollars in debt we have accumulated.

The politicians seem to assume that if you don’t talk about it, that the debt does not exist. You hear the talk about student debt or raising taxes, but never about shrinking the debt.

The media never asks the question to politicians about the debt either. The topic does not come up in town hall meetings or political debates.

There is an inter relationship with debt and the size of government. Big government means more control overs us and less freedom.

Nothing good comes from and oversized government that cannot live within its own means. Easy to be generous with other people’s money. Look no further than Venezuela ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ช to see how that works out in the end.

Interesting that the Democrats are not wanting to discuss a plan to pay for all of the illegal aliens coming in from our Southern border, or any of the wars we are involved in. ๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿง

Al Gore Forecast there would be NO Ice remaining at the North Pole by 2013 | Armstrong Economics

Al Gore in 2009 forecast that there would be no more ice by 2013. The BBC reported those crazy forecasts back in 2007. I have explained many times that the forecasting methods uses is to assume whatever trend is in motion will remain in motion forever. In other words, is the Dow Jones were to rally by 25% in one year, then they would predict that same percentage movement will continue forever. The methodology is completely void of any cyclical understanding how everything functions according to a cycle in the universe.
