Back door gun confiscation scheme. Who determines mental illness or what the definition of unstable is, a Judge,an ex spouse, a family member, a neighbor? What qualifies any of them to determine your second amendment rights should be taken away? Those rights are in the constitution, same as free speech. Every time we turn around there is another so-called journalist who believes the freedom of speech is their freedom to distort the news to support what they would personally prefer. Now the controversy turns to spotlight Kate Snow at NBC who appears to have sat on a story given to her by the questionable activist lawyer Michael Avenatti who has openly said that Trump is not his president. So I suppose that means he is also not an American? I did not care personally for Bill Clinton, but that never meant he was not my President. It turns out that Avenatti put NBC reporter Kate Snow in touch in late September with a woman he told her would back up Swetnick’s allegations against Kavanaugh. The woman actually disputed Swetnick’s allegations and told NBC that Avenatti “twisted words” just to make a case against Kavanaugh. While personally, I believe Avenatti’s professional behavior in all his cases he brings to try to unseat Trump go way beyond ethical conduct, it comes as no surprise that this woman said he was twisting her words. To publicly state that Trump is not his president demonstrates he is certainly not unbiased. Who is the liar now and manipulators now? Avenatti is desperately trying to attack Trump on anything because he is trying to make a name for himself since he has also admitted he wants to run for president against Trump in 2020. I cannot imagine a better person qualified to know how to professionally lie to the people than a lawyer who defends porn stars. His exploitation of these women and his outrageous comments that Kavanaugh was involved in gang rapes is just so over the top, this, I believe, is a very dangerous man who should not be allowed anywhere near the White House. Why are people always drawn to positions of power to rule the world? They care nothing about honor, civility, truth, or actually helping society or anyone other than themselves. His very nature exposes raises the question – Should there be a mental test to even run for politics?
