An illegal alien, who previously sued Chicago’s police department for listing him on a gang member database, has been arrested for allegedly murdering his neighbor. Illinois resident Luis Pedrote Salinas has been charged for allegedly murdering his next-door neighbor. The victim, 41-year-old Francisco Zamora, died of his injuries suffered during the brutal execution-style attack in his own home this month. Zamora was walking into his Chicago home as Salinas stood in front of him and shot him at point-blank range in the head, according to authorities.
