In my coverage or HR 748 and my zeal to expose government corruption, I overlooked an important aspect of the bill.The name of the bill was changed later in the process which makes all the difference in the world regarding perception. My understanding is that this practice is common in the process of legislating.
I apologize for not doing due diligence before posting this and sharing it. I will work harder next time.
