Until Trump starts vetoing budget busting spending by Congress, we can rest assured that he is not serious about draining the swamp. The best way to drain it is to defund it.

Strangely enough, we have not heard anything from Democrats running for President regarding the 22 Trillion dollars in debt we have accumulated.

The politicians seem to assume that if you don’t talk about it, that the debt does not exist. You hear the talk about student debt or raising taxes, but never about shrinking the debt.

The media never asks the question to politicians about the debt either. The topic does not come up in town hall meetings or political debates.

There is an inter relationship with debt and the size of government. Big government means more control overs us and less freedom.
