The largest oil reserves in the world, and yet extreme poverty and governmental failure at all levels.
Bad governance is the key to this mess. The people there do not want more of the same. America wants the dictator gone while China and Russia want him to stay.
My solution would be that all foreign countries stay out and let the people decide…….and then I woke up.
