Individual rights and freedoms are granted by our mere existence, they are natural rights. Not to be given or taken away by and government ran by self serving politicians, or self important College professors or unelected administrators. Be wary of anyone preaching to give up your individual rights for the collective good will, we have been down that failed path too many times, and we know what happens to those who refuse to learn from history.
